Pastor Trent THompson
Aloha! My wife, Rebecca, and I move from Mississippi to Hawaii in April 2015 when I became Youth Pastor of Waikoloa Baptist Church. I was voted in as as Senior Pastor in February 2021. Rebecca and I have been married since 1997 and have worked and served in Youth Ministry since 1998.
I gave my life to Christ when I was 27 years old and surrendered into the ministry in 2009 and was ordained in 2011. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from The University of Mississippi, a Masters of Arts in Christian Ministry from Liberty University and a Masters of Theological Studies from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
I enjoy singing and playing guitar and currently lead worship for Sunday service. I also enjoy wood crafts, photography, basketball and being an organizer.
